They have full metal skeletons that enable them to move like people and be placed into poses for interactive or photographic purposes. Your doll options will be matched to those of the pictures, with skin tone, eyes and wigs matching (where possible – sometimes wigs are slightly different). We always use fixed vagina and standing feet options as we’ve found these the most popular and best all round options. The clothes that the doll is pictured with are not supplied with the doll, they are used purely for the photoshoot – instead a random, plain outfit will be supplied. Note also, that the wig in the picture may not be the one supplied as we are limited to 15 factory wigs, whereas the photographer may purchase one randomly for the photoshoot and we are unable to provide, in this case we will provide the nearest match from our list.

After months of use I’m still mostly satisfied with the purchase. She’s short and gets the job done.
Cons:
The head and hair too frequently fall off. I’ve watched some advise videos but they still fall off.
I PAID for the “Lubricant-Free Vagina” and “Optional Extras ($50.00): Gel Breasts” option. During manufacturing I discovered they did not use Gel. Lovedoll UK said the manufacturer said the breasts were too small to use Gel and it was the “first time” they’ve heard of that issue despite them making an entire video about it on their blog on April. They asked if I still wanted it and I said yes but they would have to refund me. I heard nothing from them and they just delivered the doll. I sent a few other emails and communications on the website about my refund but still have not heard back from them.
I’m also not sure if I received the “Lubricant-Free Vagina”. The website provides no picture or good description of the Optional Extras. The vag has a layer of wax/rubber inside, that may be it but idk?
I also emailed Lovedoll UK previously about getting a link of their their robots talking. They have 3 $4000 robots that can “talk” but their website shows no video of them doing so. How do you sell a talking doll with no video of them talking?
So overall the doll is a good value. The website is slow and feels somewhat shady but less shady that other websites selling these dolls. I still recommend them but I wouldn’t get any Optional Extras.
Maybe I’ll order another doll in a few years if things improve.
